Miss Ruby                                 
Principal and Creative Director
Ruby Jeffery started training at Brunswick Valley School of Dance at the age of 9 and starting teaching for the school when she was 15.

​Ruby has been the proud owner/manager of the school for the last 11 years. With her skills expanding from classical ballet, to jazz, tap and contemporary. She is passionate about the school and all of its students.

Ruby's natural ability and presence as a teacher shines through with her quality of work and her dedication to her students. 
Miss Ruby loves the art of dance and this enthusiasm shines through all her students.

Miss Tiana

We are excited to have Tiana Carr back again in 2025.

Miss Tiana was our 2018 Dancer of the Year and she has been a teacher at the school since 2019.

​Tiana will be teaching jazz and contemporary classes.

Miss Prairie

Prairie Douglas has been a part of the BVSD family since she was 6 years old. 

Prairie has studied at Mad House Dance and Kelly Aykers Full Time, and has completed her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management.

​Prairie is qualified with Acrobatic Arts.

Prairie will be teaching our acrobatics classes as well as ballet, contemporary and jazz.
